[haiku-3rdparty-dev] BPictureButton

I decided to continue writing my first haiku application, but it
seems I need some help with the BPictureButton.
I saw in a code sample how it is possible to load a BBitmap from
Resources, but the BPictureButton needs a BPicture. That's my
problem.
(I think it should be easier to create a picture-button, for
example some Method like LoadFromResource or something like that).
