Hello all,
Continuing on with moving Hackspace High Wycombe to the next step we are
planing the inaugural AGM to be on Wednesday 7th March.
At this AGM we will agree the constitution and vote in vote in people to
take up positions as; Chairman, Treasurer or Secretary
Anyone can put themselves forward for election to one of these positions
and will need to secure another 'member' to second their proposal to take
up the position, as per our constitution.
We hope that as many people as possible will be able to attend this
inaugural meeting and the historic creation of the HackSpace High Wycombe
association.
There will also be discussion and possible voting on other subjects, such
as the bank account we choose and what the code of conduct is to be.
The Santander club account is the current preferred choice based on
recommendations from another club that runs a club account and the
information on Santander's website.
The current draft of the code of conduct is the one that the HackSpace
foundation
use and is copied here

The correct HackSpace High Wycombe dates are now posted on Meetup up to and
including June 2018.
