Also I just looked it up: As long as a General is present and is the
'control operator' anyone (Ham or not) can use the General privileges
as long as he/she uses the control operator's call sign.
So we could operate HF as long as a General is around and we use
his/her callsign.
This is also true when/if we set up a club station.
