Folks,
A friend wants to make some custom 3D printed lego heads of another
friend, something like this:

He wants to make a bunch as part of a sort of practical joke.
The first friend has an art background, so I suggested that he sculpt
a full-sized (or whatever) head and then we figure out how to scan it,
and then I can print some.
Anybody have thoughts, comments, suggestions, etc?
