[guispeak] up grading to windows Vista home premium

Hi,
This question goes out to those of you who up graded your version of XP to
Vista. Is it easy to install yourself or do I have to get someone else to
do it for me? I kind of want to do a clean install using my up grade disk
that way I don't lose my brand new copy of windows Media center 05. But if
I do decide to go ahead and do the up grade, will I be able to do it myself?
I appreciate any help I get on this.
