I understand that sprint does have an accessible phone.  I believe it is 
made by toshiba/audiovox.

I'm fond of Sprint PCS also, but that company has made no effort at all
toward accessibility, unless it's a very secret effort.  However, the GSM
standard gives good quality and universality, and I think that the
increased accessibility that MobileSpeak is bringing about may soon lead me
into a company that supports that standard.
