[guispeak] accessable easy to use audio rippers

Hi.
doing a subject for my it course at my local college.
doing create web pages with multimedia.
doing a 80s music page.
now need some advice and links.
need a good, easy to use audio ripper for ripping my 80s music audio cds and converting them to mp3 format, and to put on my local machine, and for my lecturer to have a look on my local student account.
so if anyone has had experience with this, then let me know.
using jaws 6.1 u, windows 2000, and using front page 2000.
