Beth,

If the patron or the library has access to Kurzweil 1000, toe books can
be translated into speech when opened in Kurzweil.  OpenBook may do the
same - I'm not sure.

Hi, all.  My local library for the blind has a patron with a PC who has
a Web-Braille account but no Braille display.  A library staff member
wanted to know how the Web-Braille text could be translated into speech.
