when tabbing you should hear. Previous controls button, then next controls button. Then close buttonand then , "graphic equalizer, read only, turn on".. When you press spacebar it will change to turn off. You may need to tab past the control and shift tab back to it with Jaws before you can activate the control. I don't know why. This is a toggle control but Jaws doesn't say what kind of control it is.
