My wife puts out a monthly newsletter that she wants to send to club members, instead of handing out print copies. The problem is that she uses a version of Microsoftl Works, not Word. She'd like to send it out in a form that is readily readible without much effort by recipients, many of whom who use Word, but not all of them.

I suggested the .rtf version, but I wonder if this would work best--and if so how to go about making this happen, step by step.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, and this process will be needed in the next 12 hours or less.
