[guispeak] How do you repair Outlook Express 6?

Hello,

I have posted this message initially to Blind tech and subsequently to
Guispeak. Thus far, it has not elicited any kind of response. So, in
hopes of obtaining the desired information, I post it once again.

On my XP home system, Outlook Express has been acting flaky of late
though it is still largely
functional. Often there will appear to be multiple occurrences of the
last message in a folder;
however, there is in fact only one such message. Additionally,
sometimes I am precluded from
arrowing up and down through the list of messages in a folder. This
behavior is not confined
always to the same folder and seems to occur randomly.

I would appreciate someone telling me step by step how to repair Outlook
Express  6.
I seem to recall that such a repair is done simultaneously on Outlook
Express 6 and Internet
Explorer 6.

Thanks much for any response.
