I think it is still possible for a PDF author to completely block access
to screen reader users. It is also possible to permit such access while
blocking all other forms, including printing, copying to the clipboard,
and saving as text.

Well, acrobat7.0 and jaws 6.0 are designed to work together. If you
haven't
gotten jaws 6.0 perhaps that would improve things with respect to using
acrobat7.0.
Actually, despite some problems with jaws6 that I'm working through, the

adobe reader and jaws6 are actually kind of nice! I can read things now

that were inaccessible before. Does anyone know how acrobat7.0 handles
the
DRM issue? are all docs accessible to screen readers using 7.0?
Probably not, but I thought I'd ask as there are some gurus on this
list.
Take care.

Hello everyone.
I have just come from the jfw list and I noticed that there was a new
version 7.0 of adobe reader. Has anyone downloaded this version and are
you
having any problems with jaws 5.10.
I would like to take a moment to say thank you to all who have helped me
with problems. It is greatly appreciated.
Season's greetings to all and good health for 2005.
