Mel, Well, I suppose it's like any other Slicker brush, but softer, or so the makers claim. It still feels pretty spiky to me, which is why I only use it about once a week. Great for removing all those lumps of undercoat that adorn your carpets at this time of year, if you've got a dog that sheds like mine does. Some are dual Slicker and bristle brushes. http://www.petsathome.com/shop/en/pets/searchterm?searchTerm=slicker+brush Vince. ======================================== Message Received: Jun 12 2014, 01:35 PM From: "J Kimbell" To: guidedogchat@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Cc: Subject: [guidedogchat] Re: grooming Oh cripes, dont remember, about 7 quid I think, I got it at a dog show last year.
