they dont use them here, or at least GDBA dont, as far as I'm aware. I suppose if a dog is trained to use one from the start its a good idea, especially if you have no gardenj. But wouldnt use one on wren.

hi nadine. i also did a google search lol. i did see a couple of posts on another list though. 1 in the US. from what i can gather it's a harness with a pooh bag attached to it or something. but that's all i know. am interested to find out exactly what it is and how it works too.
