Hi Cathy
A word to the wise. I have never known the Guide download facility to work.
I have tried twice. On the first occasion, it caused my modem to reset itself
and on the second occasion my modem broke down and I had to replace it.
I know of other people who have tried and had similar problems. So be cautious
about the download facility on Guide
