[guide.chat] moving house

Hi all it has been along tine since I have posted any emails on the chat line.
We moved in on the 11th of December on a cold, snowy, icy and generally
miserable day, we were not amused as you can gather.
Despite the weather being atrocious we had absolutely no help whatsoever - we
even did not receive any care for two days despite the fact that the powers
that be were well aware of our situation. We are now receiving a little help -
no thanks to the relevant organisations. We will eventually get sorted and at
least the computers are up and running - with many thanks to the expertise of
Alex.
We will describe the new bungalow to you in due course.
