© Rex FeaturesCoronation Street stars and were out on location last night to
film emotional scenes for their characters Steve and Becky McDonald.
The pair were pictured outside The Midland Hotel in Manchester as they shot a
bittersweet moment for the estranged couple, who split earlier this year.
The scenes see Becky sharing a hug with Steve following a deep conversation,
before bidding farewell to him and sadly walking off alone.
Full storyline details for the scenes are expected to emerge later this year.
However, some reports have speculated that this could be the moment that Steve
makes his final choice to stay with pregnant Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) rather
than reuniting with Becky.
and she is expected to finish filming next month. Her final scenes will air in
early 2012.
