I only use Guide.
I will write it easy in pictures, as my brain is broken and I re taught myself 
new ways to do things, if I don't make or have picture it is blank brain with 
broken memory that do not work.
Picture the universe and all the planets. 
Guide main menu is planet Earth, always start or return to main menu, this is 
your starting position, always know how to return to Earth and this is where 
you return to, after reading emails or anything always return to Earth.

First lesson.
Learning leaving Earth to go to the universe and returning back to Earth.
On main menu on Guide press 3 then 1 this is the internet, the internet is the 
universe.
Press the ESCAPE key and type CLOSE, then press the ENTER key, well done you 
are back on Earth after going to the Universe.
Keep doing this lesson until you know it back to front and inside out and 
outside in.

Second lesson.
Visiting planets and returning.
From Earth, press 3 then 1, then type a website or for now type youtube and 
press the ENTER key.
You are now on planet youtube, whenever you want to return to Earth press the 
ESCAPE key and type CLOSE or EXIT or QUIT and then press the ENTER key, any of 
those words will bring you back to Earth.
On planet youtube there is a search textbox and you can type in there any words 
you like, like Coronation Street or Singer's name or football team or world war 
sirens or nostradamus or anything you like, and then press the ENTER key for a 
list regarding your choice, like if you typed Amy Winehouse it will have list 
on this page 1 and you can look on next page and the next too of her songs or 
her documentaries or her life etcetera, when you found one you hear is nice, 
press enter on it and listen, if you like it press ESCAPE key and type ADD FAV 
which adds it to your favourites or press CONTROL and C to copy the web page 
you are on and then when you return to Earth you can paste it in your email.

Lesson 3.
Secret Treasure box from planets.
From Earth press 3 then 1, type FAV and press ENTER key, this is where all your 
treaures are, just pick one say the Amy Winehouse song you added on lesson 2, 
just find by down arrow key until you found her song and press ENTER key, oh 
yes song is playing well done, don't forget to press ESCAPE and type CLOSE to 
return to Earth. 

Lesson 4.
Emailing music and websites.
When you are on the website and your music is playing, press the ESCAPE key and 
then hold both the CONTROL key and C, then delete by using your back key and or 
your delete key to delete all the letters of the web address, then type CLOSE.
Now write an email and on a new line in your email press both the CONTROL key 
and V and send it to your friend.
Well done you have now sent the music.

Lesson 5.
Listening to an emailed link.
Open the email, press the ESCAPE key, go down to links by using the down arrow 
key, then press the ENTER key, the top ilnk press the ENTER key and you now can 
hear your music or hear the website being erad by Daniel or Jane.
