Hi Carol,
sorry to hear your having computer problems, hope you can get it sorted out.
What a nightmare when that happens with the e mails. I had problems myself
earlier when I tried to get my e mails, it started of okay and then guide
started to say it couldn't get e mail 23 and then it couldn't get the others,
it kept counting them.
It seems to be okay for now.
Don't blame you for getting fed up with it all.
Anyway, hope all is okay now.
