Hi Elaine, I haven't had any problems with the AD on Eastenders recently, but
have had the same problem as you from time to time with other programmes, &
some DVD's as well, they don't seem to allow for background noise, like the
fairground scene you mentioned, I receive my AD via Sky & a built in AD
receiver in my TV, there's a option screen in the sound/audio menu, where you
can adjust the volume of the AD in relation to the dialogue, i.e. turn the AD
up or down, not sure if all TV's have this feature, & of course, like all these
things, you will probably need sighted help!

Hi All
Wondering if all you Eastenders fans out there, are experiencing the problems I
have with the audio description.
I find that the voice is not loud enough any more, most of the time, but
especially if the volume is loud on the program, as the fair the other night.
