Hi Dave,

My husband Chris says that Spam filters that usually come with your
anti virus software, should help to a certain extent but also when ordering
things online it is important not to agree to too many things as your personal
details and email address can be transferred to other websites without us
knowing

Subject: [guide.chat] Unwanted Emails

Hi Guy's,

I have noticed an increase in the amount of Junk Emails for Casino Royal or
privilege.
both Gambling Internet sites.

I have had a large number from most of the banks and so on which I get rid of.
this Casino mail is becoming a pain as I am getting an increasing number every
day now.

I have been asking around about how these companies get people's addresses and
the opinion is through chat rooms.

as I am only with the 2 that Software express operate I begin to wonder if
someone is able to access addresses he Hence my junk mail increase.

I see that another warning has been put on the help page with a warning about
Span and would value a reply from Chris or who ever to give assurance of the
validity of this new message.

not being a technical minded person I know nothing of such matters.

I know that marketing company's random dial phone numbers in the hope they will
get a hit enabling them to sell there double glazing or whatever so can this be
done with Email addresses as well.
any thought's

From Dave.
