Hi Darren.
Tesco and Asda are online shopping and Sainsburys are both online or telephone,
they all deliver, with sainsburys just telephone them and they will register
you and you can tell them what you want to buy, try and make a list of
groceries you want to buy in your documents on guide and save it for next shop
so that you can check list it when next shop day arrives, this way you will
find it easier, when your delivery arrives voice lable your tins with a pen
friend lable, i buy ten tins of something each time i shop so that i know what
they are to voice lable, the next week i buy ten tins of something else, hope
