Hi Alex,
That's really good news and Kendal sounds energetic enough to cope with your 8
mile walks. It doesn't seem long since you had Ella and it's a pity that Zita
developed her problems and I'm glad you haven't had too long a wait. Hope the
training goes well and you're lucky being able to train from home rather than
have to stay in hotels where a lot of time is often wasted. .
