Hi all,
I can never understand the existence of blind clubs. I have visited one or two
and found them awful. Poor quality food and fourth rate entertainment. I got
the impression that more satisfaction was gained from the do gooders who run
them than those who attended. So far as I know, there are no clubs for people
with prosthetic legs or false teeth, so why have them for people with a visual
impairment? Can anyone enlighten me?
