Good morning all If you have had a bad day here is what to do. 1. Turn computer off for couple of hours. 2. Sit down on your settee and just relax and put nice programme on your tv or listen to nice soothing cd not a noisey one. 3. Phone a friend or family for a nice cheerful chat. 4.
