wlel busy bee all yesterday again
then it was my soaps yesterday

today carer taking me shopping.

i got very stiff neck this morning hurts when i try to turn my head left
oh yikes woke up in certain possisian oh god not joking painful took me ages
to sit up in bed
going to get my carer to massarge my neck and shoulders later to ease it
