This also needs no sauce cooking as the cornflour and fromage frais does the job in the oven FISH PIE 12 oz Skinless Haddock 2 tablespoons cornflour 4 oz prawns 7 oz sweetcorn 3 oz peas quarter pint skimmed milk 5 oz fromage frais 3 oz wholemeal breadcrumbs 2 oz grated cheese Cut fish into cubes coat in the cornflour add prawns mix fromage frais together with the milk pour over. Finish with breadcrumbs and cheese on top. Bake for approx 35 mins gas mark 5
