just a reminder about the rural show on BBC1 later this evening, it is on at
6.30pm and is about life in and around the Lake District, the show comes from a
different part of the U.K each week , it also gives you a weather forecast for
the week ahead which some of you might appreciate, happy viewing, Vanessa the
