Good morning All. Well You all might probably get stiff necks stiff leggs and back aches if your on your computer for hours Here are some tips 1. Wiggle your toes while typing take your slippers off to do that. 2. Wiggle yur fingers abut for few minutes before yu type. 3. Turn your heads left to right a few times while typing its easy 4 Always go for little break in between typing go in your kitchen for a brew or to do somthing els 5. When sat on your couch meditate cross your legs on your couch keep head straight just relax your arms down either at side of you on couch or on your knees just think that your on a lovely beach with beautiful palm trees breeze rushing through the trees while yur eyes are closed your energy is going through your body and stress is leaving you.
