Hi All,
WARNING. This is for real.
My friend went out today with her carer. My friend is totally blind. They went
out shopping as usual but some where along the way she went to open her
shoulder bag only to find one of the pocket zips open. Someone had managed to
open it and take all her cards out of it without her knowing. Fortunately they
were only payment cards. But just shows how easy it is for a pickpocket. Some
times these so called human people make a target of us blind people.
I had a friend who went on the metro ling train station to get her tram home
She is totally blind and was using her guide dog. There was only one person on
the platform with her and it was a woman. This woman asked my friend if she had
any change for the ticket machine. My friend opened her hand bag and got her
purse out and while giving this woman the change she needed for her ticket.
When my friend went to put her purse away she noticed her keys had gone. She
shouted out but got no reply. When the tram came she got on but all the way
home she thought this woman maybe following her to see where she lived. She had
to have all her locks change . So beware girls when your out and about.
