We do mark credit recovery. Some students take them at our alternative
school, some take them in a regular classroom, but they are all marked alt.
We have never marked MOWR in the past, and with the new definition of all
dual courses being MOWR, I don't think they are to be marked. I think the
rule is for some specific programs, not standard dual enrollment.
