[gsis_admins] Website - Frequently Asked Questions

Maybe it's just me but I thought when I clicked on "Frequently Asked Questions" 
I would actually see questions.  Do you think we should change to sentence to 
read "The explanations below have been compiled ....." instead of saying "The 
questions below ...." since there are not any questions?  Or should be make the 
headers actual questions?
