We created a "dummy" course and named it "special view", then enroll kids into
that section. It's a 00 course number thus does not report to the state and so
forth. Even though the course is not submitted for SR, we are allowed to
submit it via course profile for access to SLDS, if we choose.

Subject: [gsis_admins] SIS access for non-teacher of record

How are you handling giving sis access to staff such as EIP teacher, Hearing
Impaired teacher, Speech teacher, football Coach (anyone who needs access to
grades, attendance, etc, who is not teacher of record)? How are you setting up
your SIS so that these teachers have access to SLDS?

Carolyn
