Please remember the following:
Do not forget the projectors you stated you would bring to the conference.
Please be prepared for the weather. It looks like it will be rain again
this year on Thursday.

Please meet on Tuesday at 4:30 at the conference center to unload cars
(except for those two who have let me know ahead of time that they will not
make it on time due to other reasons). We will try to figure out lunch
plans for Wednesday at this time.
We will meet in the Weston hotel lobby between 5:30 and 5:40 for dinner
with USHA.
On Wednesday, we will meet at the conference center to stuff bags and
prepare for the conference at 10 am.
On Thursday and Friday, please be at the conference center no later than
7:30 am. The doors are usually unlocked at 7. Once everything starts on
Friday, we can take turns going back to the hotel to check out and getting
our thing to our cars.
Jesse, are you bringing all of the extension cords?
Can anyone think of anything we are missing or forgetting?
