I was assigned this job working with the vendors for the last 3 years and
assigning their booth numbers.  I believe that the way that I assign
numbers is at the best interest for  the vendors   I will put Power School
back on the 2nd floor.  I have always reversed the numbers upstairs in
reverse order due to nothing being down at the end of this hall.. Everyone
has always been happy!! Three digit numbers seemed to look better than 1,2,
etc.  I was not asking about the location, numbering, I was trying to find
out should I put Power School on the bottom or top. However, I will put
them upstairs and there will be 6 on top and 6 on the bottom, not counting
the jewelry lady.

What are the chances of getting any more vendors?

We are at 12 now (I'm not counting the jewelry lady).

Is there anyone else who might still be supporting us?

Do you just do 6 and 6 and be done with it, but if another one supports
us, then that kind of puts us off balance.

Do we have a deadline that we give vendors their assigned booth numbers?
If we do, maybe we need to discuss telling them we will let them know so
many days/weeks before the actual conference.

I'm sure I'm missing something but seems like we can simply tell them
they are either on the first or second floor for now when they inquire and
let them know we will give them exact spaces closer to the conference as we
are not sure how many more vendors we may have registered.

Ive always started them from the other end... Ive done this way for the
last 3 years at least. They do not get to pick there spot.. they are
assigned as they paid.. Everyone goes to the end to either go to the
jewelry lady or the bath room.  I was asking because putting Powerschool on
the bottom floor and making sure all there sections are not on the 2nd
floor.

Wouldn’t the first booth be where you come in from the Rotunda, not the
parking lot?   I think more people would come through that door than down
on the parking lot end.  I feel pretty sure that  K12 would not want to be
way down at the end.  Alicia is very cold natured.  Do they get to pick
