[gsis_admins] GUIDE Collections Mismatch Report

Hey,

We just noticed this report in GUIDE today and it has something to do with 
Counselor Companion, GO IEP, etc. inside SLDS.  For those of you that have more 
than one school at each building level - do you claim students in GUIDE when 
they move from one school to another within your county?  We usually only 
perform three full uploads a year - beginning of school, FTE 1, and FTE 3.  
Just wondering what everyone else does.  At the district level, I don't always 
know when students move between schools.
