?This is the email I just sent out. 31 attendees owe money. This is higher than
what you might see in RegOnline because the amount due only shows up for one
person of a group.

I have 29 more blank cards, so I think I should have enough.

You are receiving this email because as of Thursday January 29 2015, you still
have a balance due for the GSIS 2015 Conference. You can log back into your
account in our registration software at
www.regonline.com/gsis2015<http://www.regonline.com/gsis2015> if you need to
print a new invoice. Your user name is the email address you used to register
for the conference. You should not be required to use a password.

In order for you to attend the conference, you must either:

  1. Bring a check to pay onsite during Conference Registration times.
  2. Bring proof, like a copy of a purchase order or check request, that the
payment is being processed.
  3. Pay by credit card through the registration software. We will also allow
credit card payments onsite during Conference Registration times.
  4. Cancel your registration. Please note that all cancellations at this
point will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to cover items already purchased
on your behalf.

Attendees not paying and not attending the conference will be charged the Late
Registration fee of $250. This bill will be sent directly to the finance
department of your school system.

I will make one more run to the post office Tuesday morning, February 3, to
collect any payments that are still in the mail.

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you next week,

Anna Tarleton
