If we are still giving the first person to register and pay a free registration
for 2016, it is Shavon McKenney from Henry County.
My disclaimer is first of all that I was working in Clayton when she
registered. And I used the postal stamp and the time she registered to break a
tie between her and another attendee from the same district, and between
another district whose check I received on the same day.
