Student Record, Special Ed and Technology Coordinators:

This is a reminder that the FY 2015 Student Record Data Collection Final
Transmission Deadline has been extended to Friday, June 19, 2015.

All districts should have uploaded all their Student Record Data, worked to
correct all errors, and have their Superintendent review and signed off on data
by the end of Friday's deadline. We appreciate your cooperation in meeting
these deadlines!

Transmission Schedule for the FY2015 Student Record Data Collection

The deadlines for initial transmission of all record types are listed below.

RECORD TYPE DUE DATE FOR INITIAL UPLOAD

Duplicate Resolution: The deadline for resolving duplicate records of students
with the same STUDENT ID reported active in more than one school is April 8,
2015.

Note: It is important to resolve duplicates as soon as you can. They can cause
havoc at the end of the school year. We truly appreciate your effort to
cooperate with other districts when duplicates are caused by student transfers
within the school year. Don't wait until our deadline is looming - be proactive
early in the cycle so that your load is lighter by May!

All Student Record transmissions, review of reports, and superintendent
sign-off, must be completed by the new extended deadline of Friday, June 19,
2015.
