[gsis_admins] FW: FG Parent Report issues

How are ya'll dealing with this (read below)? Do you just have to print all of
them and try to figure out who is ACTUALLY with you that you assessed in the
current year? This is one big mess! If I am reading correctly, a kid could
assess in 8th grade and then not take PE in high school to junior year. That
child would continue to show on the middle school's parent reports with their
OLD assessment until they actually make it into high school PE and are assessed
again?

Good morning,
If the student has moved on to Middle school or moved to another school and
their latest assessment was in your school, that is the report they will be in.
Until the new school does an assessment on them.
If you have students that were never in your school at all or you (or another
teacher) did not do an assessment on in your school showing on your report or
class rosters then we would need to look closer at the scheduling and the
import file for your district to determine why they were assigned there.

I have middle school students (and students from other elementary schools)
showing up in an elementary school report. I think something else is going on
here.

Hello,
If you have a student that their current assessment was given at another
school, but the current school they are assigned to did not test them yet, the
school name that appears on that students report will be the school that gave
them their latest assessment. When they are tested in their current assigned
school that school name will then appear on the report.

Thank you for your time on the phone this morning. As we discussed, I am
running reports from 01 Aug 2012 to 21 Dec 2012 for Blandford Elementary
School. I am receiving reports for students at Bryan County Elementary School,
Ebenezer Middle School and various other schools.
My SIS Department indicates that they did an export/import from Infinite Campus
on 18 Dec 2012 as per the video instructions.
If I can provide additional information, please let me know.
