I was told by Wanda several years ago that to claim remedial with online 
classes you have to have an actual person delivering the content.

Subject: [gsis_admins] Credit Recovery Online Courses and Remedial

One of my high school schedulers were told by a neighboring district that they 
report a remedial segment for any student taking an online credit recovery 
course.  Have any of you heard of this?

I didn’t think an online course would meet the remedial program requirements 
but wanted to check to make sure I was not missing out on some funding.
