I removed all of the 2013 documents and any JPG's that weren't being used.
I could potentially remove 2014 if needed. I like leaving a couple of years
worth of conference documents, not only for a topic that might not have
been covered in the most recent year, but also to show the consistency of
sessions that we are offering each year.
I would like to pursue the non-profit status at Google since we qualify. I
believe Carolyn has the correct ID and that you were going to sign a new
W-9. But I don't believe we ever followed up. We were in the midst of
conference planning and semester end.

I have been looking at the website. I also had seen where some folks were
sending conference documents. I thought, "Hey. I will go ahead and upload
them and save Anna (or whoever) some time." When I tried to add more
documents, I received the message stating that we have exceeded our
"space". So, do you think it is OK to delete the files from 2013?
