It’s our pleasure.   You can tell us but normally the board dinner is the 
Tuesday before correct?  We normally do an early dinner at 6:00.  Meet 
downstairs at 5:40 to head over?   They actually don’t have the bus at the 
Westin anymore.  We could just make the reservations at the restaurant and 
everyone can meet?  This way if folks want to walk around Savannah before 
dinner they can do that.

Tell us what works best for you and we’ll accommodate.  We can all meet at the 
hotel and get a ride over or we can all meet.  Let us know what works best for 
you.
