This was a hard month. Please let me know if you have any issues with the
schedule and we can adjust quickly before posting. There is some doubling for
a few of you.
Riparian After Dark is the second and third weekends. It is a fun event, and we
should be crowded if the weather is nice (we often have clouds in December).
Email me if you are available to come and help one of those nights if you
aren't listed on the schedule (you can just show up, but email will make it
easier to know who may be there). We will be open those nights, even if it is
cloudy. The park will have a lot of people who don't know we exist, and even
if they can't view we will be able to show people the telescope and ask them to
come and see us another time.
The EVAC 30th Anniversary/Holiday party is Friday December 15. Some of you
don't attend the meetings, but you are invited to the party. It is at my
house, and more information is in the Observer and on the EVAC calendar. If
you are coming you need to RSVP to vp@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Thanks again for all your volunteering. The observatory is a unique gift to
the Town of Gilbert, and I am grateful for your gifts to it.
