Lynn Young picked up on a type in the "Welcome Message".
I read that thing over and over, but certainly did miss it.
The welcome message said:
"To send a message, set the "To:" address to: GRCO-Staff@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
<mailto:GRCO-Staff@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> " <<-- WRONG ADDRESS
The correct address to send a message is: grco-staff@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
