[GradeQuick] Policies for teachers & students?

Does anyone have anything in place regarding policies for Edline use?
By policies ... I think administration is asking for guidelines regarding:
    - How often teacher's update their grades?
    - What are teachers allowed to post?
    - How often are the news and calendar items updated?
    - Who monitors the content?
    - What have you added to your AUP for students regarding keeping passwords 
private?
    - Who enforces or monitors if the teachers are updating as often as 
prescribed?
    - Who is responsible for providing activation codes when students move into 
the district?

If you have any documents posted online or that you'd be willing to share, it 
would be greatly appreciated.
