Yes, our rep is Leo Mitchell. He was sure on the ball when we wanted to BUY it! 
I agree that our contracts need to be extended or pro-rated. Thanks, Kelly.

  We are the same.  I contacted my rep twice this week and have received 
nothing back from him.  I saw on the listserve today that some schools are 
using the Web version.  We paid for this in July.  I think we need to insist 
that our support contracts and upgrades extend to the new date when we actually 
get the program.  Is your rep Leo Mitchell?  He seems to be the PA rep and 
doesn't seem to be on the ball!

  Are there any districts other than mine that have subscribed to GradeQuick 
Web and still have not been set up? We have been invoiced but have not had any 
contact from Jackson Software. So far, an email sent on Monday to our sales rep 
has gone unanswered. We continue to use our server version while we wait.
