What type of rounding do you use on your Gradequick scales? I use GQ

This is the first year that the teachers are using a universal scale.
Some of the teachers want the grades to round up. The controversy is

you use the 89.5 or 89.45 since the gq program carries the scores out

the hundreds place. My principal wants me to see what other schools
are
doing. If you could please let me know I would appreciate it.
