If it's the GradeQuick LOGIN password she forgot, you can easily reset that through SiteManager.
If it's a password she put on one of her GRADEBOOKS, things get a little more complicated. There's NO WAY to reset that. You have to contact Jackson Software, email them the gradebook(s). They can remove the password, then email the gradebook(s) back to you!
