Could you also explain what are the red and blue curves in each figure?
That is, how did you plot them from the kappa.out file?

Some cases for HNEMD scheme,  I found in some graphtic systems that thermal
conductivity converged with negative values (at F_e=0.00001)
However, When I set the F_e=-0.00001, It converged with positive value.

should F_e be positive or can I adjust it depending on systems?
Is there any physical meaning for choosing positive or negative F_e?
